Tables ship the same day on orders placed by 3pm Pacific Time, Monday through Thursday. Hardware and accessories ship the same day too. We use FedEx Ground for tables. Transit time is 1-5 business days depending on how far you are from our workshop in Vista, California.

International Shipping
For orders to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, APO, or FPO, request a quote at 1-760-842-7730 or email support@nilotoys.com with your shipping address and the items you want. We will reply with a rate.
Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping address before checkout, including the directional prefix (East, West, North, South) and street type (Street, Drive, Road). FedEx charges a $25 per-box address-correction fee for incorrect addresses, and that fee is passed through to you. A 30-second check at checkout avoids it.
Order Cancellations
Because we ship same-day in most cases, your order is usually on a FedEx truck within hours of being placed. To cancel:
- Before the label is generated: no charge. Email support@nilotoys.com and call 1-800-872-6456 as soon as possible.
- After the order is en route: we handle these case-by-case. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to cover repackaging and shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for return freight back to our workshop. Furniture freight is expensive, so confirm your order before purchasing.
Delivery
FedEx Ground does not require a signature by default. If you would like the package left in a specific spot, leave a delivery note with FedEx using the tracking link in your shipment email. Packages that come back to us as undeliverable incur return freight, which is passed through to you.
Damage in Transit
If a part arrives damaged, photograph the damage and email support@nilotoys.com within 7 days of delivery. In most cases only the tabletop is affected in transit, and we ship a replacement tabletop at no cost. Frame, leg, hardware: whatever you need, we make it right.
