The Ernst family has been running Nilo from Vista, since 1992. We have customers using their tables 20 and 25 years after purchase, often handed down to a second generation of kids. We do not publish a formal warranty period because we do not want to put a number on something we cannot define. What we can tell you is that we have taken care of customers for 34 years, and we are not changing that now.

Nilo tables are made from solid hardwood, dado-jointed, and finished with non-toxic, water-based coatings. The same design that left our shop in 1992 is still in service in homes and daycares today. Real customers describe their tables as “still solid” and “still looks great” after two decades. That is what we build for.
When something goes wrong
Email a photo of the issue to support@nilotoys.com with your order number and a short description of what happened. We evaluate each issue case-by-case. In cases of manufacturing defect, Nilo replaces the part. Frame, leg, tabletop, hardware, baseplate, accessory: whatever you need.
What is typically not covered
- Damage from misuse, dropping, or accidents
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Wear from decades of daily use. A table that has served a household for 15 or 20 years will show its age. That is expected, not a defect. The two-sided tabletop is designed for this: if one side wears, slide it out and flip it.
Damage in transit
Most often the only piece that gets damaged in shipping is the tabletop. If yours arrives damaged, email a photo to support@nilotoys.com within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement. Please report transit damage promptly so we can resolve it before the carrier claim window closes.
