Shipping

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in San Diego County, California. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit. This arbitration agreement does not apply to small claims court actions.
